Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager that will develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR Department and hiring managers. Ensure strategies are aligned with the business objectives and AOI’s imperatives with a key focus on the candidate and employee engagement. 
 
General Description
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR Department and hiring managers. Ensure strategies are aligned with the business objectives and AOI’s imperatives with a key focus on the candidate and employee engagement. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring mangers across company to anticipate hiring needs, develop strategy with hiring managers to collaborate and fill their needs on their book of business. Understand the intricacies of their program and environment dynamics through on-site visits with Program Managers and the Director of Human Resources
  • Partners with the Human Resources Director on employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop innovative strategies by researching the latest recruitment trends and providing recommendations to management for optimizing and integrating the trends into daily routines
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent by working the recruiting team, HR team and business leaders to create short and long-term forecasting models and workforce hiring plans
  • Maintain talent portfolio of all internal employees to assist in utilization of resources 
  • Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to the recruiting team to ensure they are continually supporting in professional development. Ensure recruiters have a balanced portfolio and are equipped with a strong toolbox to include a knowledge base on current trends and industry knowledge for maximum effectiveness
  • Develop and maintains an employer brand on social media platforms to attract top talent into the organization
  • Attend business development meetings in an effort to help with forecasting with future hiring needs and overall internal talent pool management
  • Plan and oversees recruitment events such as; open houses, career events, happy hours, and other outreach programs
Qualities
  • Integrity, discretion, and good judgment. This positions handles a significant amount of confidential and sensitive information and continually makes judgment calls regarding priorities and information requests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, oral, and written) with a keen attention to detail. This position requires daily interaction with Sr. Executives across the company, our clients, and our partners
  • Current Talent Acquisition Management experience supervising, monitoring and measuring recruiter production
  • Demonstrated recruiting experience in the federal contracting arena
  • Success building and managing a recruiting function focused on the candidate and hiring manager experience as well as business results
  • Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system candidate workflow and dispositioning with EEOC, AAP, and OFCCP compliance
  • Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing stats and provide analytical updates to management
  • Thought-Leader who has the ability to make an immediate impact with creative solutions
  • Be a motivated self-starter that is results-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management or equivalent
  • 8-10 years’ recruiting experience, including supervisory experience  
  • Significant technical recruitment experience
  • 5-6 years’ experience recruiting for cleared positions
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 P.M.
