Quality Process Manager

Alpha Omega Integration seeks a highly motivated, Quality Process Manager to join our team. This is a strategically important position that will have a large impact on an already successful organization. 
 
Required Skills:
·      Detail Oriented, Self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
·      Must be able to identify a problem and solve it.
·      Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
·      Must have adequate computer skills, to include SharePoint.
·      Knowledge of Quality measuring machines/instruments
·      Knowledge of ISO27001, ISO9001 and ISO20000
·      Knowledge of CMMI Level 5 standards
·      Must have at least 10 years Process Management experience
Responsibilities:
·     
  • Use expertise to develop an Integrated Quality Management system that aligns the following:
    • ISO 9001 requirements.
    • ISO 20000 requirements.
    • SO 27001 requirements.
    • CMMI Level 5 requirements.   
  • Help achieve and maintain ISO 9001 Certification in the future    
  • Help achieve and maintain ISO 20000 Certification in the future
  • Help achieve and maintain ISO 27001 Certification in the future
  • Help achieve and maintain CMMI Level 5 Certification in the future
  • Identify QA participant from each project
  • Train each project QA participant, Project manager and affected team members  on Alpha Omega corporate quality standards and help them understand and implement applicable processes and artifacts    
  • Plan, schedule, participate and document internal project audits activities and ISO audits activities   
  • Plan, schedule and document surveillance audits activities·     
  • Plan, schedule and document external audits activities·     
  • Organize and manage management review meetings·     
  • Monitor and evaluate quality of projects and organization.·     
  • Support Continuous improvement processes.
